I have spoken to Eric before, but didn’t use his services because my ant problem went away… so I thought. Since Eric was so great to me just over the phone when I called, I decided to hire him when my ant problem returned this year. Eric was very kind, informative and helpful. He had another job that day, but still had his associate John come over same day (I think he could tell how desperate I was to get this taken care of). I asked that they call me in advance so I could leave work, which they did (and I really appreciated!) His associate John was on time and professional. He was also very sweet to my two hyper dogs and gave me more information on the ant problem and keeping my pets safe after spraying. He sprayed yesterday, and already the ants are almost gone!! I am very impressed with the service and will continue continued bimonthly treatments. I appreciate the promptness, knowledge, professionalism and results!!!! Thanks Eric!!!

I definitely recommend this exterminator company! They were willing to come out after hours with no extra charge. The tech who came out (David) explained the process and what the bugs do and don’t do etc. I am happy with the service. Very professional and efficient.

Called the other morning and immediately got a real person. He asked me lots of questions to describe the spider issues I was having. The same day two technicians came out. Both guys, John and Ryan, listened to what I needed. They let me take them around my yard. Did a fantastic job cleaning up the many spider webs all over the house and yard. By no means were they quick, unlike other companies I’ve had in the past which were gone in under 10 minutes. They took their time and did a fabulous job. Price too compared to other pest companies was much better. Look forward to continuing working with this local company
